Mr. Jacky Tsoi is the Managing Partner of Accentus Capital, an international investment conglomerate that focuses on co-investments in mid-market companies alongside core andspecialist sponsors, especially in the technology, financial services, green energy, education,healthcare, and industrial sectors. A qualified accountant with over 20 years of diverse experience in the financial technology and financial services industries. Mr. Tsoi graduated from the University of Manchester and is a Qualified Accountant and Certified Management Accountant from Australia.

Blodin Cuci

Founder of Caesar Investment

Mr. Blodin Cuci is the founder of Caesar Investment Advisory Services. Prior to establishing his own company, Mr. Cuci worked as Head of Strategic Asset Allocation and Counterparty Analysis for Bank of Albania, where he was responsible for the strategy of the reserve management and credit risk management of the Central Bank of Albania and different FINMA regulated Banks and financial institutions in Switzerland, where he specialized in financial engineering and structured products & derivatives issuance and trading. Mr. Cuci holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Banking from Universita della Svizzera Italiana, Lugano Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Universita della Svizzera Italiana, Lugano Switzerland. He has also completed FMFC Certificate Programe from International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and the University of Reading.

Asanth Sebastian

Co-Founder of ACP Asset Management

Mr. Asanth Sebastian co-founded ACP Asset Management and is a member of its Board of Directors and serves on the Investment Committee. Mr. Sebastian heads and is ultimately responsible for the investment teams and decisions of ACP`s asset management business across private equity, listed equity and fixed income. Prior to founding ACP Asset Management, Mr. Sebastian was in structuring and trading roles at global investment banks and held a management position at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Mr. Sebastian holds a Finance and Economics degree and is also an ASX accredited advisor for both equities and derivatives.

Yuri Kovalev

Seasoned Professional in Wealth Management

Mr. Yuri Kovalev is a seasoned professional in wealth management and structured investment solutions, with extensive experience in private projects. Mr Kovalev is an independent advisor to various UHNW families around the globe. Previously Mr Kovalev held the CEO position of SEB Asset Management operations in Ukraine and had various upper management roles at several global financial institutions. Mr Kovalev holds a BBA in Business Administration from Wisconsin International University and a Certified Asset Manager designation from Kyiv National Economics University as well as a CfEL Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge University Judge Business School.
